Botanical Gardens

We went to the Botanical Gardens here in Boise as a family. We had recently watched "The Secret Garden" so it was pretty exciting for the kids to explore a "real" secret garden. All the gardens were really pretty and peaceful....and somewhat magical! The gardens are right next to the Old State Penitentiary, so Sawyer mostly talked about wanting to go see the dungeons! Brynli on the other had found every single beautiful spot and flower. She loved every minute of it! She also found every single bench, chair, or cute spot to sit, and instantly posed for a picture! Avri was just along for the fun ride!

End of School, Beginning of Summer!

So far we have had a fun summer. To begin with, the kids and Stephen planted a garden. Hopefully we will have something yummy to eat out of it besides weeds :)

Sawyer's Preschool went to the Zoo! The Komodo Dragon was by far the coolest thing there!

Brynli got to have one last dance performance for the school year. It was special, just for the dads! She was beautiful!

For her last book project, Brynli made Fairy Food! It was a big hit in her class! She is a pretty creative girl!!
